What are the police department's plans to combat summer violence.

With at least 47 people shot and nine killed, it was one of the most deadly Memorial Day weekends ever in Chicago. The problem: guns. At least that's what Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown believes. He says officers removed 250 guns from the streets of Chicago this weekend alone.
