Since 1969, 37 members of the Chicago City Council have been convicted of a crime. A recent effort led by one of Mayor Lightfoot's close allies took aim at that corruption. However, the effort has now stalled at City Hall, after receiving zero support from the mayor. WTTW News reporter Heather Cherone has more.
