News Wrap: Austrian authorities say gunman had tried to join ISIS

In our news wrap Tuesday, Austrian authorities say the gunman who killed four people and wounded 22 in Vienna Monday night had tried to join the Islamic State. He opened fire with an automatic rifle in a nightlife district before police killed him. Also, Afghanistan observed a national day of mourning after an ISIS attack at Kabul University killed at least 22. Protesters demanded a cease-fire.
