As the final hours of the 2020 presidential campaign tick away, nearly 100 million Americans have already cast their ballots -- representing more than two-thirds of all 2016 votes. Meanwhile, the candidates appealed to voters in swing states, including Pennsylvania, which is shaping up to play a critical role.
