Charter buses carrying migrants from Texas to New York City have recently been detoured to cities and towns in New Jersey. The bus stops in the Garden State come after New York Mayor Eric Adams signed an executive order placing new limits on when buses can unload migrants in the city, as well as new documentation requirements.
